Sam Zargami practices general litigation, with a focus on commercial, construction, administrative, and employment disputes. Prior to joining Wray Legal in 2024, he completed his articling at a leading securities litigation firm where he assisted in resolving complex and high-profile disputes. Sam also worked with the privacy law division of the Department of Justice and served as a caseworker at the Queen’s Business Law Clinic. During law school, Sam made significant contributions to legal academia as an editor for the Queen’s Law Journal and the Canadian Journal of Commercial Arbitration. He regularly publishes articles in Law 360 Canada and Canadian Lawyer Magazine. Beyond his legal career, Sam has diverse professional experience in teaching, business development, life sciences research, construction management, and real estate. He is fluent in both English and Farsi.
